OPERATION SMILE MISSION
Operation Smile is a global alliance of organizations working to serve children in 22 countries in Asia, Central and South America, Africa and the Middle East. Children born with facial deformities such as cleft lips and cleft palates are all too often sentenced to a life of isolation, shame, disfigurement, public humiliation and private pain.

Operation Smile Mission in Kenya (OSMIK) has been active since 1987. Since then, Operation Smile volunteers have provided free surgery to over 5000 Kenyan children.

THE CORPORATE CHALLENGE
The Corporate Challenge is a 5-km road relay starting and ending at Kenya's monumental building, Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC) grounds.

A minimum of 20 corporations/organisations in Kenya are invited to join in the Corporate Challenge. The Corporate Challenge must then 'challenge' four other companies to beat them in the race - either competitors, suppliers or associates.

Mitchell Cotts Freight has taken part in the annual challenge since 2003. In 2007 Mitchell Cotts achieved the runner up position
